These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and report services (collectively, the “Service”). Please read them carefully before purchasing or accessing any report.

By accessing or using the Service — whether by browsing the site, creating an account, or purchasing a report — you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service and the reports you have purchased solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

This license does not include the right to sublicense, resell, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content, report, or data obtained through the Service. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by US Home Insights.

To access certain features or purchase reports, you must register for an account. By registering, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update it as needed.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You will notify us immediately at support@ushomeinsights.com of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

Certain reports and features are available for purchase on a one-time, per-report basis. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time at our sole discretion.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fee to your chosen payment method. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Any applicable sales, use, or similar taxes will be added to your purchase total as required by law. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the Service.

All fees are charged at the time of purchase. There are no recurring subscription charges unless explicitly stated and agreed to at checkout.

You may use the Service and reports obtained through it solely for lawful, personal purposes, including:

• Researching the estimated value of a specific residential property.
• Informing personal home buying, selling, or refinancing decisions.
• Conducting personal real estate investment research for properties you are evaluating.
• Understanding local comparable sales and market trends for your own reference.

You agree that you will not, directly or indirectly:

• Resell or redistribute any report, data, or content obtained through the Service, whether for commercial gain or otherwise.
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service using automated tools, bots, spiders, or similar technologies.
• Use any report data in a commercial product, service, database, or API without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive source data or proprietary methodologies from any report.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local law or regulation, including fair housing laws.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service or its underlying infrastructure.
• Use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any individual or group.
• Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with any security or access-control features of the Service.

All content, features, and functionality available through the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, report layouts, methodologies, data compilations, software, and user interface designs — are the exclusive property of US Home Insights or its licensors and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

The US Home Insights name, logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are trademarks of US Home Insights. You may not use any of our marks without our prior written permission.

Our reports are compiled from third-party data sources, including public records, MLS data, county assessor records, and other real estate databases. While we strive to present accurate and up-to-date information, we make no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or timeliness of any data contained in a report.

Property values fluctuate and actual sale prices may differ materially from estimated values. You should consult a licensed real estate professional or certified appraiser before making any significant financial decision based on information obtained from our Service.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, US Home Insights expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• Any warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any data, report, or content.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above exclusions may not apply to you in full.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will US Home Insights, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Service may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, services, or content that are not owned or controlled by US Home Insights. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also provide additional notice, such as an in-app notification or an email to your registered address.

Your continued use of the Service after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.

Because our reports are digital goods that are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally final. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund — for example, due to a technical error that prevented you from accessing your report — please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@ushomeinsights.com.

We reserve the right to grant or deny any refund request at our sole discretion. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 5–10 business days.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless US Home Insights and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use or misuse of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party; or (d) any content or information you submit to the Service.
