Our policy for reporting copyright infringement and our counter-notification process under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act.
Last updated: May 6, 2026
Introduction
US Home Insights (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates ushomeinsights.com, a US-based platform providing on-demand property data reports, home value estimates, comparative market analysis (CMA), and real estate market intelligence for residential properties across the United States.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect all users of our Service to do the same. This page outlines our policy and procedures for addressing claims of copyright infringement in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512 (“DMCA”). If you believe that content on ushomeinsights.com infringes your copyright, please follow the process described below.
Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice
To submit a valid copyright infringement notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3), your written notification must include all of the following elements. Incomplete notices may not be acted upon.
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed, or if multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it on the Service (e.g., a specific URL or page description).
- Your contact information: full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Warning: Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the alleged infringer, the copyright owner's authorized licensee, or the service provider.
Please send your completed takedown notice to our designated DMCA Agent at dmca@ushomeinsights.com. Upon receiving a valid, complete notice, we will promptly investigate and take appropriate action, which may include removing or disabling access to the allegedly infringing material.
Designated DMCA Agent
Pursuant to 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2), US Home Insights has designated the following agent to receive notifications of claimed copyright infringement. All DMCA notices must be directed to this agent to be legally effective.
You may also send notices by email to support@ushomeinsights.com as a secondary contact; however, notices sent only to this address may experience delays. For the fastest response, always use dmca@ushomeinsights.com.
Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that material you posted on ushomeinsights.com was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material, you may file a counter-notification under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3). A valid counter-notification must include all of the following:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location (e.g., URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
- Your full name, mailing address, and telephone number.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if your address is outside the United States, any judicial district in which US Home Insights may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original takedown notification or their agent.
Upon receiving a valid, complete counter-notification, we will forward a copy to the original complainant and inform them that we may restore the removed material in 10 business days. If the complainant does not notify us that they have filed a court action seeking to restrain your use of the material within that period, we may, at our discretion, restore the material.
Send counter-notifications to our designated DMCA Agent at dmca@ushomeinsights.com.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(i), US Home Insights maintains a policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyright. We will take this action where a user has been the subject of multiple valid DMCA takedown notices or where other evidence of repeat infringement exists.
This repeat infringer policy is a condition of our eligibility for the safe harbor protections provided under the DMCA. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts of users who, in our sole discretion, are found to have uploaded, shared, or distributed infringing content, even in the absence of a formal takedown notice.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time at our sole discretion. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to ushomeinsights.com. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects when the most recent revision was made.
Your continued use of the Service following any modification to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
